Booking mere exhibition space gives room for creativeness. All needed elements can be brought to the stand or ordered from Messukeskus. Take advantage of our ready-made stand solutions and customise your stand with your own brand identity, reserve a stand space and take care of everything yourself or use our design and construction service.

We also provide turnkey stand packages.

Price includes:

  • 16A 230V 3,6kW socket, electricity consumption, installation and dismantling.

the environmental fee includes a share of the waste management and sorting expenses. You can leave small trash and the removed and rolled-up carpet from your booth. If the carpet is from Messukeskus, we will take care of it for you.

publicity fee includes a visibility on the exhibitor list on event website. In addition the exhibitor can upload company logo, a link to company website, share the stand programme and any other information with the visitors.

You can add stand structure package to your exhibition space. Ready-made-stand is an easy and cost-effective solution including  walls, carpets and lights. All you need to bring or rent is furniture and stand decoration.

The rent of exhibition space is not including to the price and will be added.

Friday 17 October 2025 | 10:00–18:00

The I love me event is expanding its offering for professionals, creating new opportunities for companies specifically interested in reaching professional visitors. A one-day professional seminar will be accompanied by a dedicated exhibition area for fashion and beauty professionals.

The Friday seminar programme will cover current trends and innovations in fashion and beauty, as well as topics related to business development and internationalisation. Throughout the day, participants will also have access to the Professionals’ Lounge, offering a space for networking, meetings, and one-on-one interactions.

Beauty Corner

In the makeup and hairstyling area, visitors can explore quick hairstyling and express manicures, among other services. The area was first introduced in 2024 and quickly became a huge hit among visitors.

Workshops

The event’s workshop area offers visitors practical and engaging experiences on the themes of beauty, fashion, wellness and health. Popular workshops are included in the ticket price for the fair.

Stage and area branding

The event’s extensive stage programme is mainly produced in collaboration with exhibitors. At the I love yoga area, visitors can unwind and explore the world of yoga. You can host one or multiple sessions and showcase different styles or class types.

Terms of participation

The terms below apply in addition to the general terms of participation of The Finnish Fair Corporation and terms of participation.

  • Expostart €650 (incl. socket 16A 230V 3,6kW and energy consumption, Publicity and environmental fee) is charged from all exhibitors.
  • The invoice for participation is due 15 August 2025.
  • Stands with two storeys: the square meters of the second storey are subject to a charge which is 50 % of the space rental.
  • The stands should have 2.5 m-high wall structures to section them off.
  • Joint stands: If the stand is used by several exhibitors, a Publicity and environmental fee €440 is charged from all exhibitors. The company in charge of making the reservation is required to manage all other invoices.
  • An extra charge of €25 + vat/invoice is charged if additional invoices need to be made when, for example, the space rental is paid by several companies, or the company contact information is being changed.
  • The number of exhibitor’s passes and invitation cards depends on the size of the stand. The amounts can be checked from the webpages of the event.
  • VAT is added to all prices.
  • Prices are valid until 40 days before the event.

Please note the following details about programme activities taking place at the stand:

  • Programme and other activities taking place at the stand must be confined within the area of the stand.
  • The volume limit for sound at the stand is 75 db.
  • To ensure the safety of visitors, it is important that activities taking place at the stand – for example, throwing objects – do not harm anyon
