Kotileipomo Sorsa is a family-owned bakery based in Liperi, Eastern Finland. We specialize in handcrafted Karelian pastries, including traditional Karelian pies, carrot pies, and sultsinas. We also create our own unique specialties, such as reindeer pies and barley–lingonberry rönttönen pastries, combining time-honoured traditions with our own innovative recipes.
